Shipping Zone

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over $99: FREE shipping

• Orders under $99: Flat shipping fee of $9.90

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied to your order based on your local tax regulations. These charges are determined by your state or local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

During peak periods or holidays, order processing may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Please note that carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any major shipping disruptions.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 5–9 business days from our warehouse in Chicago, depending on your shipping address.
