Unused and in Original Condition: Items must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with any return request.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as food-related products may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly noted on their product pages.
